Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
- Eligibility: We accept returns only for defective products.
- Timeframe: Defective products must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Process:

- Provide your order receipt, details of the defect, and any supporting photographs.
- Our team will assess the issue and, if deemed defective, will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: We offer exchanges for defective products only.
- Process: Once the defective product is returned and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
Warranty Returns
- If the product is damaged or defective, we will:
- Facilitate a warranty claim with the manufacturer, depending on the product’s warranty policy.
- After an assessment by the company and upon being adviced on the same, issue a replacement
- Returns are processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
- We do not offer refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are not defective are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
